The SailClearTM service is intended to facilitate the clearance of persons through Customs, Immigration and other border agencies. To accomplish this, SailClear allows yacht Masters to provide voyage notifications beforehand to relevant authorities.
When you register on SailClear, we collect personally identifying information such as your name, address, email address and other information relevant to the processing of the Customs Declaration.
We only collect information that you voluntarily give us via web forms contained within the site or other direct contact from you.
We will use your personal data in the following ways:
- for the purpose for which you specifically provided the personal data i.e. Customs and Immigration declaration
- from time to time, to communicate with you when/if required
We will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization and national border agencies. However, it may be necessary from time to time to disclose your information to law enforcement agencies to satisfy legal requirements.

In order to use this website, a user must first complete the registration form. During registration a user is required to give certain information (such as name and email address).
